Patient Service Representative – Per Diem/Relief

Rebound is looking for a per diem Patient Services Representative to provide relief and vacation coverage in our call-center at the Pavilion Office location. Primary duties include heavy phone work and scheduling appointments for our patients.  This position will work in collaboration with other clinical staff and clinic providers to provide exceptional service to our patients and families.  Excellent interpersonal skills, office skills, and a working knowledge of computers are required.  A minimum of one year customer service experience is also required. Medical background, such as a medical assistant or referral coordinator, medical terminology, and medical office experience is highly desired.  Day shift hours to provide leave of absence, vacation and relief coverage.  Come join our team!
