Patient Services Representative – Part Time 25 Hours

We are looking for a Patient Services Representative to work 25 hours per week in our Call-Center at the Pavilion Office location.  Primary duties include accurately obtaining patient information from established and new patients and entering the information into a practice management system for clinical messaging and patient scheduling.  This position will work in collaboration with other clinical staff and clinic providers to provide exceptional service to our patients and families. The hours for the position will be: Tuesday (5 hours), Wednesday and Thursday (10 hours per day).

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex patient situations
  • Ability to multi-task while operating several windows based programs
  • Ability to facilitate and advocate patient comments and or suggestions
  • Ability to manage a multi-phone line system
  • Ability to work independently but also as a team

A minimum of one year customer service experience and/or medical office experience preferred.
