We have four convenient office locations in Portland and Southwest Washington.

Rebound’s Total Joint Center and Neurosurgery Brain and Spine Center are located on the third floor of the Physicians’ Pavilion at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center.

Rebound Physical Therapy is in Suite 325, Medical Office Building A at Legacy Salmon Creek.

The map and directions for the Rose Quarter office direct to patient parking in the Annex Garage. Please tell the attendant you have an appointment at Rebound and then take the elevator to the first floor.
