Rebound Orthopedics' Injury Prevention Program
The goals of the injury prevention program are to 1) Control landing forces 2) Decrease quad dominance 3) Improve side to side differences in strength and coordination 4) Decrease overall risk of injury.
Results of the training will be:
- Change jumping and landing mechanics from stiff-legged, wobbly landings to more controlled knee joint actions which provide stability
- Improve vertical jump height
- Correct imbalances in leg strength and side to side differences.
