Our open positions are updated regularly. Every resume is reviewed by Human Resources. Those that pass the initial screening are forwarded to the hiring manager. All qualified candidates will be referred to the department manager who will make the final hiring decision, and those individuals will be contacted in the near future to arrange an interview. Large Orthopedic & Neurosurgical group seeks a motivated individual with strong time management and people skills to fill a full-time IT Support position. This position will provide an employee with the chance to gain experience working with a large number of different computer systems, devices and applications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: PC, software, printer, scanner and network device installation, OS upgrades and backup management. Provide first level technical support for internal and some external users. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two year's experience supporting, installing and troubleshooting Windows XP and Vista OS, MS Office Apps, IE, Exchange server and Windows 2000/2003 server. You must have very strong customer service and communication skills. Associate degree preferred. A+ certification and PBX experience would be helpful. Must be able to travel between Vancouver and Portland offices.
