Float Registration Representative

Rebound is looking for a full time Registration Representative to work in each of our offices in Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR in a float position. The main duties of this position are to collect and enter demographic, insurance and medical profile information from patients into our NextGen system. Orthopedic Surgery Scheduler

Rebound is looking for a full time Surgery Scheduler. The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians and patients to schedule orthopedic surgeries. Strong communication and detail oriented skills are a must. Ability to work independently but also as part of the team is essential. Experience: Minimum 2 years recent surgery scheduling and/or clinically-related work in the medical field is required; orthopedics is a plus. Orthopedic Medical Assistant

Medical Transcription Editor

We are searching for an experienced Medical Transcription Editor to join our Editing Department. Expectations 1. The Medical Transcription Editor demonstrates proven skills in orthopedic, neurosurgery and physical medicine & rehab terminology generated in voice recognition documents. 2. The MT editor must possess acute auditory and acoustical sensitivity in coordination with keen hand/eye coordination. 3. The Editor must also be proficient in reference and research materials. 4. Demonstrates service excellence without compromise and strives to exceed expectations. 5. Identifies ways to add value to the editing program and to the clinic. 6. Ability and flexibility with schedule to support the company goals and objectives of timely and accurate edited transcription production. Requirements 1. Proven experience working with voice recognition software, preferably Dragon. 2. Demonstrate ability to work in primarily orthopedic, neurosurgical and physical medicine specialties. 3. Demonstrate quality transcription editing work, consistently maintaining an accuracy score of 98% or higher. 4. Experience of 2-3 years editing for a variety of physician work types/specialties is preferred. 5. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, signs and symptoms, medications, and laboratory values. 6. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and style. 7. Demonstrate an understanding of the legal implications and responsibilities of the healthcare record, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations, along with security standards and privacy practices. 8. Ability to understand diverse accents, dialects, and varying dictation styles. 9. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with time constraints. 10. Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision. 11. Ability to navigate computer, multiple software applications, transcription equipment, and other office equipment necessary, including the ability to accept voice/text files in multiple formats and word processing software.
