Our open positions are updated regularly. Every resume is reviewed by Human Resources. Those that pass the initial screening are forwarded to the hiring manager. All qualified candidates will be referred to the department manager who will make the final hiring decision, and those individuals will be contacted in the near future to arrange an interview. Clinical Supervisor - RN

The Clinical Services Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision, staff management and education of Rebound’s medical assisting, unit coordinator and site coordinator staff. The incumbent will direct staff activities to ensure high quality patient care and compliance with established clinic protocols and human resources policies. Job duties will include establishing expectations for performance, recruitment, hiring, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with three to five years of clinical experience in an administrative or patient care function. Prior supervisory experience is required. Note: A degree in allied health or related field with extensive clinical/medical office experience may be substituted for an RN degree. Requires strong written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, and the demonstrated ability to successfully interact with leadership and physicians in carrying out the clinic’s goals and objectives. Medical Assistant Orthopedics - Per Diem

We are looking for a per diem Medical Assistant to work in our busy orthopedics department to provide part-time and relief coverage. In addition to medical assisting duties, the candidate may provide back-up coverage to the Unit Coordinator staff in overseeing patient flow and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess great organizational skills and energy, a can-do attitude, a desire to learn the practice, and a collaborative team spirit. The candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, a superior commitment to patient care, and the ability to work closely with patients and physicians. Travel between our clinic locations will be required. REQUIRED: Completion of a certified Medical Assisting Program and one year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Orthopedic Cast Tech - Full Time

We are currently looking for a full-time, technologist to work in our casting department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a love for patient care, and the ability to work as a motivated team member. Responsibilities include: Application and removal of all types of casting. Knowledge of traction frames and equipment setups and removals. Fracture reduction preparations, techniques and follow-up care. Surgical procedures, preparations techniques and follow-up care. Knowledge of supplies and purchasing. Repair and maintenance of equipment. Ability to instruct patients in proper use of supplies and applications. Proper coding of all dispensed supplies and equipment for charging purposes. Experience: Must have proven experience applying & removing all types of casting and bracing. Athletic training background helpful. Must have exceptional documenting skills.
