Directions to Office at SWMC Physicians' Pavilion

From I-5:

• Take the SR-14 exit (Eastbound/to Camas/Exit 1A)
• Proceed on SR-14
• Take the Lieser Road exit (Exit 4)
• Turn left off the ramp onto Lieser Road
• Proceed straight on Lieser Road until Mill Plain Blvd.
• Turn right onto Mill Plain Blvd
• Proceed straight on Mill Plain Blvd. until the 2nd traffic light (NE 90th Ave.)
• Turn left into N.E. Mother Joseph Place
• Take 1st right
• The Physicians' Pavilion and parking garage will be on your left

From I-205:

• Take Exit 28 westbound, Mill Plain Blvd.
• Proceed straight on Mill Plain Blvd. until N.E. Mother Joseph Place
• Turn right onto N.E. Mother Joseph Place
• Take 1st right
• The Physicians' Pavilion and parking garage will be on your left
