Rebound Sports Injury Clinic
The Rebound Sports Injury Clinic is a program for student athletes with sports related injuries. It is a way to provide athletes with expert and timely treatment in order to get them back in the game as quickly as possible. The clinic will be open every Tuesday, September 6, 2011 – April 30, 2012, at our Legacy Salmon Creek office from 3:00-5:00pm. An appointment is not necessary and most insurance plans do not require a referral. However, we recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment as it will help to minimize waiting time in our offices. If under 18 years old, patients should be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian or athletic trainer. A signed note from the parent consenting treatment and guaranteeing insurance may be used in their absence.
