Rebound Running

A Rebound Runner is technically efficient, strong, balanced, and fluid, as well as prepared mentally and physically. Most importantly, a Rebound Runner enjoys running!

Rebound Physical Therapy has developed a running program to help you meet and exceed all of your running goals. Our team offers offers a variety of running workshops and will help you select the option best for your individual needs. Through our training clinics, you will learn optimal form and enjoy running pain-free. We will also teach the principals of training, including the basics of healing and tissue repair to keep you on track (no pun intended) and running injury free. Whether you’re just starting to run, training for your first 10k, or even a seasoned distance runner, running with Rebound will teach you the skills needed to continue your running for years to come.
