Charles Dowell, PA-C, AT-C received his Master of Physician Assistant degree at Rosalind Franklin University. Prior to joining Rebound he was in an internship/residency specializing in orthopedic surgery. With his background and training he has developed a special interest in Sports medicine and joint replacements. Chuck also enjoys providing medical coverage for many of the local high school and college sporting events. He enjoys hiking, snow skiing, kayaking, basketball, and reading.
