Summer is officially here, and our popular runFIT running clinic is back July 11-Aug. 6!
For this summer clinic, we’re offering eight sessions in just four weeks – combining indoor (Mondays) and outdoor instruction (Saturdays).
Mondays will be reserved for indoor sessions in which you can expect to learn biomechanically correct running techniques, how to strengthen and fortify your body to make you are resilient runner, and important ways to protect yourself from injury. Saturdays, take what you have learned outdoors, where you will work on technique and fine-tuning your running skills! Running requires strength, stability, and proper technique, and ACE Master Running Coach Derrick DeLay will help you obtain the skills you need to be an excellent runner.
In these classes you can expect to:
- Increase the integrity of tendons, ligaments, and bones in the foot and leg.
- Increase the muscular strength of your feet, ankles, legs and hips.
- Increase your balance and stability.
- Learn to run with proper biomechanics.
Cost: $150 for 8 sessions in 4 weeks
