Dr. Nemecek has performed surgery on my back in the past with great success. I went in to see him about a different spine issue. He did not perform surgery but recommended alternatives to surgery, which I followed, and the pain went away. He is my go-to doctor when I have back problems. I would recommend him to anyone.
