I felt welcomed from the minute I checked in. I was especially impressed with Dr. Shanno. He was pleasant and explained my three options in a manner that I could understand. If one can look forward to surgery, that would be me. I’m very confident that Dr. Shanno will help me with a back issue that I have had for over a year.
