Dr. Jacobs is always professional, but he is also that rare provider who is willing to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and try to make an uncomfortable surgery less anxiety-provoking and more successful. I hope that I don't need any more surgery on my hands and wrists, but if I do, I will return to see Dr. Jacobs and recommend him to others.
