Anna Silha, P.T.A.

Anna is a physical therapist assistant who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, and associate degree in physical therapist assistant from St. Catherine University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Participating in college volleyball has helped Anna develop an interest in orthopedic and injury prevention. Anna enjoys working with patients with a variety of diagnoses with a primary focus on post-op recovery and return to sport. She emphasizes patient education and seeks to encourage proper exercise technique and progression.

Outside of work, Anna is an endurance athlete who enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new adventures, and hiking with her dogs.
