Dustin P. Montgomery, D.P.T., O.C.S., C.S.C.S.

Dustin joined Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery in 2026 and began his physical therapy career in 2011. He has worked with orthopedic and sports patients throughout his career in a variety of settings, including private practice, hospital-based outpatient clinics, and an extended time at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Colorado Springs, where he primarily worked with adolescent athletes. His experience (and injuries) as a college soccer student-athlete led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. He specializes in ACL injury rehab and prevention, return-to-sport testing, and long-term athletic development for both upper and lower body injuries. He also serves as the team physical therapist for Clark College athletics.

Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their pets—two dogs and a cat. Favorite family activities include hiking, movie nights, cooking, and road trips around the Pacific Northwest. He also coaches youth soccer.
