My experience with Rebound and Dr. Heather Roberts was outstanding. Communication is excellent, beginning with initial evaluation through surgery prep and post-surgery. Rebound's text outreach (often daily!), MyChart reminders, phone calls and ready access to nursing staff made the entire process straightforward and easy to understand. A full team complements Dr. Robert's skills and professionalism; questions were answered quickly, always with helpful guidance. This was the first of two total knee replacements. I'll be going back to Rebound and Dr. Roberts for the second procedure.
