POV - I had 5 knee surgeries ranging from multiple meniscus repairs/removal to ACL repairs. After an exercise session had some knee discomfort and went in to visit Rebound. To my surprise knee replacement was suggested.
After the initial shock, the Rebound team was amazingly thoughtful from pre surgery to post op and rehab.
The surgery and post op went well with the staff being very attentive, knowledgeable, and emphatic to my situation. They listened to my concerns and apprehensiveness patiently and responded with thoughtful awareness and confidence.
On my way home i had some bleeding that the Rebound team had shared the possibility of occurring. With a quick call to Rebound they quickly sent me to the nearest Rebound a few blocks from my home and they assessed the situation and bandaged me up.
The rehabilitation at Rebound was a great experience. The Rebound Rehabilitation team was consistent, encouraging and communicated extremely well the exercises, the icing, the stretching and movement needs along with the pain management. Grateful!
It’s been 9 months since the full knee replacement surgery and I am now able to walk, run, skip with my grandkids and have resumed all my activities (except snow skiing - Advanced expert) golf, fly fishing, pickleball, exercising and evening walks with my sweetheart.
