I was living with bone on bone in both knees due to a 30 year history of RA and acouple of skiing accidents. Dr. Roberts performed bilateral total knee replacement on January 25,2016. My recovery has been really remarkable. I've completed PT and am back in the gym and back to work. Still some stiffness but all in all I'm feeling really well. Dr. Todd Borus, MD and Bret Lautt, PT OCS are my heroes. They gave me my life back. I’ve had two total knee replacements, 9 months apart. It was supposed to be a year apart, but, well, my other knee didn’t want to wait, I guess.
Thanks to these two gentlemen, I am able to walk again with no crutches and no cane. I am very happy. I walked with crutches for nearly 7 years. My right elbow can testify on the pain of that!
I have had Dr. Modha for my tumors for 5 years and would not have anyone else treat me. He is very straight forward and very honest with me. I have had 5 surgeries and he did all of them. Wow! Dr. Kafrouni checked my hip with ultrasound and found two pockets of fluid built up around the main tendon. He drained these areas and I was instantly pain free!
